A typical visit runs about 45 minutes to an hour. Here is what to expect from the moment you arrive.
Arrive & check in
Arrive at our Fernbank Court campus and check in at the front office. A staff member will greet your family.
Walk the building
Tour the halls and classrooms during a live school day, including a Qur’an circle in session.
Meet our teachers
Say hello to the teachers your child would learn from and see the classrooms up close.
Sit down with the Director
Talk one-on-one about your child’s grade, our curriculum, and tuition, payment plans and financial assistance for your family.

Questions about your visit
No. You do not need to submit an application or any paperwork before your visit. The tour is simply a chance to see the school and ask questions. Families typically apply after they have visited and decided Oceans Academy feels like the right fit.
Plan for about 45 minutes to an hour. That gives enough time to walk the building, see a few classrooms in session, and sit down with the Director.
Yes, please do. Visits are open to your whole family, and seeing your child’s reaction to the classrooms and the Qur’an circle is one of the most helpful parts of the visit.
Just yourself and your questions. If you already have specific questions about your child’s grade level or the Qur’an & Hifdh track, jot them down so you do not forget to ask.
Weekday visits let you see a real school day in session, which is the best way to get a feel for the school. If a weekday genuinely does not work for your family, call us at 571.377.3460 and we will do our best to find another option.
Yes. Tuition, payment plans and financial assistance are discussed personally with our Director during your visit, because every family’s situation is different. We would rather have that conversation face to face than post a one-size-fits-all number online.
